Let’s get personal on our first date. What does your life look like day to day?
On holidays? Let’s talk about a dream home minus your budget. Our architect and interior
designers are accessible as much as needed.
2Phase one
We establish a plan of action needed for a successful build from design to
materials to engineering. To keep everything seamless, the team works closely with you to
finalize the architecture, specifications, and budget and construction schedule.
3Phase one
Construction begins and your dreams turn into reality. Regular updates
give you close-up, hands on understanding of process and progress. Our team reviews any
changes to the plan, budget, or schedule to ensure that the build continues smoothly.
4Phase one
From walk through to breakthrough- your witness the finishing touches
being applied. Here we’ll celebrate your keys on what once was sheet of paper is a shared
milestone for you and us at ICHB.
